Morning check-in
Wake up. Check in. Know what to do today.
Early product feedback
From early testing sessions. We’ve kept these unattributed rather than dress informal feedback up as endorsements.
Tell Wren how you slept, how you feel, and what your day looks like.
See what to do today — training, fuel, and recovery, in one place.
Your plan shifts with your body, your schedule, and how you feel.
Wren can show a calendar estimate of cycle day. Cycle phase does not change beta recommendations.
Cycle observations are stored on your device, not on Wren's servers.
You'll get:
We haven't set pricing yet. Early access members will hear first, and will get founding-member terms when we do. Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
In order: a private TestFlight for early access members, then a wider early release, then the public launch. We're deliberately not putting dates on those — you'll get an email when your stage opens rather than a promise we might miss.
Yes, for now. Wren is built natively for iOS and reads your data through Apple HealthKit. There's no Android version yet.
No. Wren works from what you tell it in the morning check-in. If you do wear something that writes to Apple Health, it uses that too — your workouts, activity, sleep and heart data make the guidance sharper.
Cycle start and end dates, symptoms, and spotting are stored in Wren's app storage on your device, not on Wren's servers. Reinstalling or clearing app storage removes that history, and device or operating-system backups may include app data. Here's the full explanation.
No. Wren is a training and nutrition coach, not a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose or treat anything. It's built on peer-reviewed exercise physiology and women's health research, and we're explicit about where the evidence is strong and where it isn't. Talk to a clinician about medical questions.
We email you about early access. That's it — we don't sell your information and you can unsubscribe from any message.
You get the app before public launch, a direct line to tell us what's broken or missing, and real influence over what we build next. We'd rather have a hundred people who argue with us than a thousand who never open it.
First name and email. That's it.
